 I hope everybody had a good Labor Day weekend.  The shop was closed from Friday through Labor Day Monday for a little R&R and I actually took a little vacation over the extended weekend and added a few extra days to it and didn't return to work till that Friday.  First time in 8 years that I had 6 consecutive days off from the shop and it felt good in a way but I can say I actually missed being here.  I want to thank my crew for holding down the fort while I was away they ran the shop just like I was here and took care of business as usual, thanks guys.

 We are still pretty busy and busier than usual for this time of year actually.  Usually this time of year bikes are being put away for the winter months and you would think when they do this they would be sending their seat in but it's just the opposite.  They will call and get information and plan on sending them later in November and December but luckily things are staying really strong so far which is good.  Right now on scheduling we are right at two weeks out but it is a strong two weeks out.

 The bag liners sales are really kicking and we have been putting in a lot of time trying to keep them rolling out.  Currently bag liner orders are about 2-3 weeks which is really nice and I think this winter they will really take off and keep thing hopping around the shop.  One thing I have yet to do is make the tour pack liners and yes it is on the agenda to get done this winter.  I have a local guy bringing me a chopped tour pack and I already have the standard tour pack here at the shop, I just have to find the time to get them made.  I have also been getting a lot of emails and calls from guys with Victory Cross Country wanting the bag liners for their bags but I don't have a Cross Country here at the shop to fit them to so hopefully I will be able to get one in here this winter and we can start offering them for those bikes also.

I want to thank everyone who has used our services this year and those who have ordered bag liners from us.  This year has been our best year to date so far and I think next year is going to be even more successful.  I would never have thought eight years ago that MCC would be where it is today. With that being said I give all of MCC's success credit to our customers because you are the guys and gals spreading the word about us and have made us who we are today.  Another thing I feel that has kept us strong to is that we haven't lost sight of what has gotten us here.  We still listen to our customers and customer satisfaction is what we strive for and providing the customer service in the industry.  We all ride here at the shop and have experienced some of the bad customer service provided by other businesses and hate that so we treat our customers the way we want to be treated when we are on the other side of the counter or phone.  Thank you all for making MCC successful.
