on Friday, 03 September 2010.

The past two weeks have been extremely busy around the shop. We have had a surge in custom cover work and it's not showing any signs of letting up which is great. Usually this time of year things start winding down but the cover work is keeping us rolling hard which having work is always a good thing.

In the last update I had talked about us going to Thunder in the Smokies and the Rally in the Valley, well those two rallies are out of the picture now. What I didn't mention in the last update was the bad experience we had on the way back from Sturgis. We had a blowout on the hauler which took off the right side fender. Luckily the fender and a little rubber on the side of the hauler was all the damage we got but the hauler is getting repaired. Once it's back at the shop we just won't have time to get it stocked up for those two deals so instead of rushing things I thought it would be best to skip these two rallies this year and focus on some renovations around the shop during those two weekends.

We will be at Thunder Beach Sept 30th - Oct 3rd. We will be setting up at the Bay Pointe Marriott which is the same location we were at during the spring rally and from what I was told we will be set up in the same spot but our buddy Rich who was our lot manager got promoted so we will have a new lot manager this time but hopefully Rich passed along our information to the new guy.

We get compliments on our website all the time about how easy it is to navigate and how good the site looks. I have to give all that credit to Ron, our web guy. He has done a fantastic job with the site and I think it the site is awesome myself. The site has had its current design for 4-5 years now and Ron is at it again. He is currently working a new design for the site and it will have a lot of new features that we both are excited about getting on it. If any of you guys need a great looking professional web site, Ron is the MAN and is always learning the latest and greatest things to add.

This coming weekend is Labor Day and the shop will be closed Saturday Sept 4th - Monday Sept 6th. So with that being said no one will be at the shop to answer the phones and email responses may be a little slow but we will be back in the shop on Tuesday September 7th. Have a great weekend and till next time be safe and enjoy the ride.

Till next time be safe and enjoy the ride.
